How to Reach Us
Text or email is the best way to get in touch for regular scheduling or questions. If you'd like to talk by phone, just let us know and we’ll set up a time. In urgent situations, feel free to call directly.

Scheduling & Services

Last-Minute Walks
Need a walk today? Same-day walk requests must be submitted by 9:00 a.m. While we’ll try our best to help, we can’t promise availability on short notice.

Booking Overnight Care
Overnight care spots fill up fast! We recommend submitting your request as early as you can. If we’re fully booked, we’ll do our best to refer you to another trusted provider.

Cancellation Policy for Extended Bookings
For bookings longer than 5 days, please cancel at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the total cost to account for reserved time.

Holiday Rates
A $10 holiday fee applies to any services scheduled on:
New Year’s Eve/Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve/Day.

Health & Safety

Health & ID Requirements
All dogs must be current on required vaccinations and wear both a rabies tag and city license when in our care.

Contagious Conditions
Being around other dogs naturally carries some health risks. We’ll notify you if there’s a known illness (like kennel cough or giardia) in the area. If your dog becomes sick with something contagious, please let us know right away.

Safety & Responsibility
We prioritize safety, but accidents can happen. If your dog harms another dog or person, you’ll be responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses.

Outdoor Adventures & Equipment
We use high-quality gear and stay alert, but equipment failures or surprises (like wildlife or loose dogs) can happen. If your dog escapes due to a leash or harness issue, we’ll respond immediately—but cannot be held liable. By booking with us, you accept the risks of outdoor activities.

Photo & Video Consent
We may take photos or videos during walks or playtime for our social media or promotions. If you'd rather your pup not be included, just let us know—we’re happy to opt them out.

Home Access & Responsibility

Home Entry
By booking with us, you authorize us to enter your home to pick up or drop off your dog if you're not home. If your pup is hard to find, you allow us to check necessary areas—just let us know if there are any off-limits spaces.

Time Off & Emergency Gaps
In case of illness, emergency, or personal time off, we’ll do our best to arrange alternate care. However, coverage is not guaranteed, and we appreciate your understanding.

Payments & Fees

Billing & Late Fees
Invoices are sent out mid-week for that week's services.
Payment is due by Friday.

If payment isn’t received by Saturday or Sunday, a $10 late fee per day will be added to the following week’s invoice.
